Have you heard of green smoothies? I'm learning to love them. Banana, water, usually some yogurt [or milk instead of water], 1-2 cups of chopped greens. Give it a whirl in the blender. Drink. The taste of the veggies is hardly noticeable in the smoothie because the banana tends to overwhelm them. You can also add in other fruits, like apples [so many apples in New England still!], mango, papaya, berries in summer. For someone who hasn't gotten nearly enough of her dark green leafies in the past couple months, this is brilliance personified.
